Power Breakfast

First breakfast post–usually they will be on Sundays, and my own culinary masterpieces. However, I’m in the middle of moving across state lines & playing the “eat everything in the pantry regardless of whether it makes any sense” game. I do not highly recommend bbq pasta, pad thai made with ketchup instead of tamarind (people do it, I tried it, it’s disgusting), or attempting to make pumpkin bread with butternut squash. However, I DO highly recommend this really easy protein packed breakfast. I’m pretty obsessed with it this week. All you need are:

-Chia Seeds
-A banana
-Non-Dairy Milk
-Cinnamon

I’ve made it every day for the last week of work, and started a small movement amongst office staff–yesterday 4 others pulled out their mason jars of chia-banana pudding. So, enjoy &  thank the wonderful woman behind ohsheglows for getting you through your day!
